Alpine View in Christchurch is a resort style complex for the ‘young at heart' with stand-alone houses, serviced apartments and a full continuum of care options available.

Burlington is Qestral's latest village in Redwood, Christchurch. The village opened in 2019 and offers stand-alone architecturally designed houses, large resthome and hospital care suites and, when complete, will include a dedicated dementia facility, a lodge and apartment complex, extensive recreational facilities and three hectares of man-made lakes. 

Coastal View is Qestral's development in central Nelson overlooking Tasman Bay. On site, there will be independent houses, serviced houses, serviced apartments, and rest home, hospital and dementia level care.
