Excellence Celebrated: Dual Gold Awards at the NZ Commercial Projects Awards

Honouring Innovation and Resident-Focused Design at Ashbury Heights Care Centre and Coastal View Yacht Club

We are proud to announce that at the 2026 NZ Commercial Projects Awards in Auckland, both Ashbury Heights Care Centre and Coastal View Yacht Club were each honoured with Gold Awards in their respective categories. This recognition places our villages at the forefront of quality and innovation in New Zealand, and reflects the dedication of our teams and partners in creating vibrant living environments for residents.

Gold Award – Residential: Ashbury Heights Care Centre

Ashbury Heights Care Centre received the Gold Award in the Residential category, made possible by the close partnership with Brendan Murray Construction (BMC). Every detail of design and construction was guided by a focus on resident wellbeing—from the integration of advanced safety systems to the creation of welcoming communal spaces that encourage connection and comfort. This award recognises our ongoing commitment to delivering environments where residents can thrive.

Gold Award – Tourism and Leisure: Coastal View Yacht Club

Coastal View Yacht Club was recognised in the Tourism and Leisure category, a testament to the collaborative vision shared with Gibbons Naylor. Every stage of the project prioritised resident safety, continuity, and comfort—major enhancements were scheduled with exceptional care to ensure daily life could continue uninterrupted. The team’s proactive approach to programme challenges and technical complexities underscores our commitment to excellence and the wellbeing of all who call Coastal View home.

These awards are a reflection of the quality, thoughtful planning, and strong collaboration that define every project across Qestral Villages. We celebrate the efforts of our dedicated teams, trusted partners, and the shared vision that made these achievements possible.
